Vehicle tracking made easy

Due to its small size and smart design LINK 300 can be installed in the vehicle within minutes. Installation is effortless, the device can be installed inside the dashboard or on the windscreen. All data gathered is represented in WEBFLEET on the map or in easy to interpret reports or Dashboards enabling you to make the right business decisions.

Vehicle data access

The LINK 300 is your connection to the vehicle. Registering every movement it provides accurate data on the vehicle position, trip information, standstill times, mileage and driving behavior. Enabling you to analyze and optimize vehicle use, resulting in significant cost savings and risk reduction.

Real-time tracking

Thanks to the LINK 300, you'll always know where your vehicles are. Just log in to TomTom WEBFLEET and view the location of everyone in your fleet, right there on the map. The information is refreshed every minute, so you can see who's moving and plot snail trails of the journeys. As new work comes in, you can assign it to the best placed driver for the job.

Added security

The round-the-clock monitoring provided by the LINK 300 increases the security of the vehicle and the person driving it. By recording ignition on/off events, you'll know if the driver has been an unusually long time away from the vehicle, for example. You can track the location of a possibly stolen vehicle. Or monitor speed and driving behaviour, and take action if you feel someone is driving dangerously.

Tachograph support

Don't wait for your trucks to return to the depot to access driving time data. The LINK 300 transfers the digital data on the tachograph back to the office for real-time viewing on TomTom WEBFLEET™. It makes it easy to see who has nearly reached their maximum driving time, and who has time to spare. The data can then be converted into reports to prove your compliance with working time directives.

TomTom WORKsmart™

The LINK 300 connects to the driver's navigation device using Bluetooth™. And as part of a WORKsmart™ solution, it makes time management and job dispatch much easier and quicker. Reliable positioning

Behaviour monitoring

That is why we have made sure that the installation of the TomTom LINK 300 is extremely easy. It's a matter of minutes. And maintenace can be done 'over the air' so your business is not disrupted.
No fuss
The LINK 300 unit can be fitted to a vehicle's windscreen or dashboard, or hidden away behind the dashboard - whichever is most convenient. Once it's securely in place, it's connected to the vehicle's power supply, ignition and any other digital input devices required. While installing the unit is a relatively quick and easy process, it should only be undertaken by a qualified installer.

TomTom WEBFLEET Contract Required

TomTom WEBFLEET is the web-based application from TomTom WORK that provides fleet owners with 24-hour access to vehicle management and comprehensive reporting tools. TomTom LINK 300 provides valuable data to TomTom WEBFLEET, such as the exact destination of vehicles on the road and the estimated time of arrival, which is updated every minute. In addition, TomTom WEBFLEET now allows fleet owners to view daily summary reports including work time, speed profiles and the number of trips and stops per driver. This gives them an even better overview of their vehicles’ whereabouts and drivers’ activities, reducing the administrative burden.
