we have been made aware of a potential GPS issue on Nav3 devices (PRO units) that has come to light over the last couple of days. TomTom have now released a new software update to fix this. Please connect your truck device to your computer and update it using the tomtom update facility software.

All our satnav products are shipped using the APC you can pay extra for Royal Mail Next Day Special, smaller items such as software will be sent 1st class rec Delivery on a 1/2 day delivery Service.
Orders to addresses outside the UK are normally sent via Royal Mail International Registered Delivery - an insured postal service. Delivery via UPS or DHL can also be arranged. For delivery costs to specific countries please email email@example.com

If you suspect your product to be faulty within 28 calendar days of purchase please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorisation number. Outside of 28 days please refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
In the unlikely event of you being unhappy with your purchase we do offer a 7 day money back guarantee on all of our products. Simply contact us to obtain a return authorisation number.
The following conditions apply:
Goods 'must' be returned 'unused' and in the 'original' packaging
We can not refund products that have been registered or damaged.
If software has been opened then we can not refund these items unless they are faulty and these will only be replaced.
Refunds can not be made for postal charges incurred by ourselves or by you, a return authorisation number must be obtained prior to returning your product.
Where products are not in the original condition a repackaging fee may apply. (see below)

Please Note: return goods that have been opened and the packaging is damaged can result in a £30 re boxing fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
If it is returned to us in new condition, a refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 7 working days of return. Please note credit / debit card refunds can take 4 working days to clear.
TomTom Caravan/Camper & TomTom 5150 Truck Devices
These devices come with 12 months free live services, due to this, if the device is switched on and registered the 12 months live services start. If for any reasion the customer wants to return this, there will be a standard fee of £30 due to the live services being enabled as this can't be reset.
